Hello, and thank you for taking just a moment to see what I’m all about! I consider myself blessed to have been born and raised right here in North Idaho. In fact, my roots go quite deep; back to my great grandparents’ farm on the Rathdrum Prairie. As a kid, I remember when there were no stoplights along highway 95 between Coeur d’Alene and Hayden. For those familiar with the area, imagine that! After graduating from Coeur d’Alene High School in 1989, a lot of my classmates left the area to pursue their dreams elsewhere. With its 18 lakes and virtually instant access to some of the most beautiful country you’ll ever see, I never saw a reason to leave this magical place I call home. My journey with Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty is something I excitedly call my “Chapter Two”, after retiring from serving a combined 27 years in Spokane County and North Idaho local law enforcement. I was proud to be a member of the local law enforcement family and strove to provide the highest level of service to the citizens and communities I worked for. One of my greatest strengths while working up through the ranks as a law enforcement officer was my ability to work with people in a fair and compassionate way. I always felt rewarded most when I was able to effect a positive change in someone’s life, no matter how large or small. After an amazing and successful career, I chose to enter real estate as a second career, having renewed passion because it allows me to continue to impact people’s lives in such a positive way.
